Prior to Fall 2024: Transfer students use KU Core requirements.
Starting in Fall 2024: Transfer students can use KU Core 34 general education curriculum requirements.
Opting out: Transfer students who plan to start at KU in Fall 2024, Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 can opt-out of KU Core 34. Students must talk to an academic advisor to change requirements.
