Reporting an Incident

Your safety is our priority.

In the event you need medical attention resulting from an injury incurred on campus, our first priority is for you to seek the appropriate treatment. 

What kinds of things to report:

  • Property related incidents
  • Minor injuries
  • Serious injuries - Call the police: 913-469-2500

Students/Visitors

If you are a student or vistor, report injuries to the JCCC Police (913-469-2500). They will file an incident report.

For non-emergency incidents, students may submit a report online.

*A JCCC ID is required. If you do not have a JCCC ID, contact Sandra Warner at swarner@jccc.edu, or 913-469-2552.

Employees

If you are injured while at work, promptly notify your supervisor and report your injury to ClinicalCare24 at 855-513-3003.

Employees who do not promptly report their on-the-job injury may jeopardize consideration for any workers’ comp benefits.

Volunteers

Volunteers should always notify their supervisor in the event of an injury for the proper documentation to get processed so you can receive the insurance benefits we provide for you. If you're volunteering at JCCC, please see our page about volunteering.
