After earning your certificate, take the International Code Council Journeyman Plumber exam. This demonstrates to potential future employers you can successfully apply what you learned.
Make connections during part-time or full-time classes
Learn in small classes taught by Master Plumbers with decades of experience. Choose to go to school full time and complete the certificate in two semesters, or take classes in the evening while you work full time, and finish in two years.
Take what you have learned from the classroom into real-life situations during an internship under the supervision of industry professionals. Make professional connections during your training and through JCCC's Plumbing Advisory Committee.
JCCC’s Plumbing Certificate provides fundamental skills and knowledge used in the plumbing trade and opportunities to practice skills on the same equipment plumbers use in their jobs. Courses also help you develop service and business skills, manage projects, and serve customers.
