Online mental health screening tools are available to JCCC students and all individuals to provide a quick and easy mental health assessment.

Thinking about reaching out to a counselor but not sure if you need to? Worried about a friend? Want to learn more about mental health? Concerned you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or other issues?

Take a free online mental health screening assessment

Online mental health screening tools are useful in providing a brief picture of your mental health. Aside from identifying potential mental health struggles you might be facing, all screening assessment results you choose to share can allow trained counselors like the JCCC Counseling team to provide the most sensitive and effective assistance to help with your needs.

For any possible mental health condition, JCCC Counselors work to help you navigate your options, explore possible solutions, and connect you with relevant resources to help you with your symptoms or mental health struggles.

Online assessments are free, confidential, and not affiliated with JCCC. If you are a JCCC student and have questions about your screening results or wish to speak with a Counselor, please reach out to the JCCC Counseling Center at 913-469-3809 to make an appointment.
